Wie das Update durchgeführt werden kann und
welche Version sich bei Ihnen auf dem Mediasafe befindet, können
Sie in der Anleitung zum Update nachlesen. Außerdem sollten
Sie auch das Kartenleser Update durchführen.

* Fix Memory Stick card "Write
Protect" bug.
* Fix tray bar "message auto-clear" bug. The message
can't be automatically
cleared in version 1.2.1.
* Fix MPEG-1 fast-forward hang bug.
* Fix "Disk Format" API to use more standard format.
* Fix "Disk Free Cluster Count" calculation for disks
with "System Volume
Information" directory maintained by Windows XP.
* Reduce pop noise while switching songs. Better effect.
* Add Jukebox playlist wrap around (go to last page when you
go up from
first entry).
* Fix VSV-18A hang problem while playing WAV files larger than
8MB on some
certain HDD type.
* Fix Nokia N90 video bug. Which will play faster than normal
speed.
* Add GIF thumbnail preview.
* Fix WMA audio level which is smaller than MP3.
* Remove individual music file icons. Now, use the same icon
for all music
file types.
* Fix WMV timestamp background and display effect in fast-forward.
* Fix GIF issue. After decoding GIF, system is unable to decode
JPEG and
sometimes the system will crash.
* Fix text viewer for "big endian" crash bug.
* Add user-defined EQ.
* Fix Jukebox to keep HD spin while enqueueing.
* Fix Jukebox "Secondary album info not shown correctly
for songs loaded
from a MPL file".
* Fix memory card copying bug while hard disk is full. VSV is
asking
confirmation for every files. It should exit after asking for
the 1st file.
* Fix hard disk "sleep --> spin" control to prevent
some hard disk models
from hang.
* Change "timezone" to city name instead of country
name.
* Add text viewer for UTF-8 characters.
* Add error message for MPEG-4 video transcoded by iTunes AVC.
* Add RAW/TIFF exif parser.
* Add RAW/TIFF thumbnail preview.
* Add memory card auto-run function. When a memory card is inserted,
system
will auto display a menu for asking "No Action", "Full
Backup" or "Photo
Backup".
* Fix directory copy/cut function when the destination are under
the source
directory. For example, when you select a directory "photo",
you can't
copy/cut this directory and then paste it under the same "photo"
directory.
* Fix cursor position while switching from/to NTSC/PAL.
* Fix GIF hang bug in slide-show mode. Now, only the 1st frame
of a GIF file
will be displayed in slide-show mode. Remove old style shortcut
link. For
VS-18A, user have to move directory from "/HD1/MUSIC"
to "/HD1/Media/Music",
"/HD1/PHOTO" to "/HD1/Media/Pictures", "/HD1/MOVIE"
to "/HD1/Media/Video".
* Add a menu for user to select RECORD or PLAYBACK for AudioRec
and VideoRec
shortcut icons.
* Fix Jukebox: Exits when end of playlist at "Repeat OFF". |

- Fix MPEG-1 thumbnail problem: sometimes the system will hang
while showing MPEG-1 thumbnail.
- Add OPTIONS/HELP website supporting.
- Fix hard disk volume name "HardDisk" to "HARDDISK"
while formatting.
- Fix backup bug: When the 1st file of the source card is HIDDEN,
the created backup directory will also be HIDDEN.
The backup directory "CF-xxxxx" should not be HIDDEN
any way.
- Fix MPEG-1 decoder audio bug. There is a sound spot every
10 to 20 minitues while playing MPEG-1.
- Add supporting for Canon 350D Camera RAW (CR2).
- Fix MJPEG sound issue.
- Fix 1GB xD supporting. Please get the newest USB driver from
distributor.
- Disable "rotate" function while slide-show.
- Fix PhotoViewer display area to the visible LCD area. Originally,
we zoom the decoded image to 720x480. Now, we will zoom it to
704x480 or 640x480.
- PhotoViewer: add two more viewer mode. VIEW_FIT_SCRREN, VIEW_FIT_WIDTH
and VIEW_MAX_VISIBLE.
- Fix FM recording crash bug.
- Add MJPEG thumbnail preview.
- Fix the window redrawing bug while USB is connected.
- Improve MPEG-1/4 thumbnail preview speed. |

- Enhanced JPEG decoder to improve image quality.
- Added ".JPE" file type identification for files
with ".jpeg" extension.
- Fixed TIFF and BMP decoder for 1-bit and 4-bits color format.
- Video decoders will automatically hide/show status bar to
improve viewing effect.
- Added "Delete" function for PhotoViewer. The next
image file will be automatically decoded to show.
- Added AUTO file view mode for viewing disks and files. Now,
users can choose LIST, ICON or AUTO view mode in OPTIONS.

cause decoder to freeze up.
